Drug Rehab Counselor
Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Los Angeles – San Jacinto, CA 
$4,000 – $5,000 a month

Requirements:
1-Must be a Licensed Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Social Worker or Psychologist in the State of California and certified in CADAC

2-Must have at least 4-5 year of clinical experience

3-Must have knowledge and skills in administrative tasks

4-Demonstrate leadership abilities and posses an interdependent style in working with others

5-Consummate knowledge of mental health symptoms, dual-diagnosis issues and substance abuse treatment methods and models

6-Competency in Motivational Interviewing, Counseling, Group Process, Crisis Intervention and Documentation skills

7-Experience with 12 Step, Celebrate Recovery, and Social Model treatment/recovery processes in addition to other helpful therapeutic modalities

8-Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and CFR 42 requirements

Job Description:
1-Provide clinical support, consults, assessments and evaluations
2-Responsible to supervise therapists implementing and providing services, as well as reviewing treatment plans
3-Ensure that all program activities are in compliance with our facility’s policies and procedures
4-Conduct Group Therapy and provide Face to Face Individual Therapy
5-Responsible to lead treatment team meetings to evaluate progress of every patient and determine level of needs
6-Provide linkages and referrals
7-On call for Emergencies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $4,000.00 to $5,000.00 /month
